Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Video Platform Customer Success Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Help the tech support reps in the ticket queue
  • Proactively contact new customers to help them get setup
  • Attend and (later) fully host webinars a few times per month

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience in SaaS
  • 2+ years in Customer Support or similar
  • A fully functioning workstation and a quiet place to work (with their own laptop)
  • Native or near-native English speaker
  • Able to understand our platform as well as the video and OTT industry
  • Experience working with Zendesk or similar
