Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Video Platform Customer Success Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help the tech support reps in the ticket queue
- Proactively contact new customers to help them get setup
- Attend and (later) fully host webinars a few times per month
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in SaaS
- 2+ years in Customer Support or similar
- A fully functioning workstation and a quiet place to work (with their own laptop)
- Native or near-native English speaker
- Able to understand our platform as well as the video and OTT industry
- Experience working with Zendesk or similar
