Job Summary
A cloud communications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Video Staff Product Product Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Discovering, defining, and designing lovable products for customers
- Working as an individual contributor, owning critical design projects end-to-end
- Taking a holistic, human-centered approach to design
Position Requirements Include:
- A demonstrated history of successfully mentoring and coaching team members
- Has 6+ years of industry experience and a related degree or equivalent experience
- Has experience designing and evolving complex application software in a fast-past environment
- Holds a passion for feedback and the ability to provide useful and constructive feedback to peers of all levels
- Has a demonstrated advocacy for design and research methodologies
