Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Viewer Experience Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning implementation, quality, and timely delivery of new viewing experiences
  • Fostering a healthy, supportive, and inclusive work environment within the team
  • Advising and supporting the team on architecture, technical design, and debugging

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience leading a product engineering team with at least 3 direct reports
  • A track record of shipping widely-used products with high-quality user experiences
  • Willingness to dive into unfamiliar technologies, and experience doing so
  • Demonstrated experience leading overall design and implementation of projects
  • Previous experience with video technologies is a plus
