Job Summary

A cybersecurity company has an open position for a Remote Vigilance Managed Detection and Response Manager.

Must be able to:

• Lead the West Coast team to meet all of our SLA’s and standards expected by our customers
• Lead and directly mentor your team members
• Help to develop and maintain group methodology and best practices

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Proven experience managing complex customer issues
• Experience cooperation with various RnD teams to resolve technical issues and implement new features
• Ability to provide both technical and business leadership
• Expert level SentinelOne or equivalent EDR/EPP platform investigative knowledge
• Expert-level technical investigative knowledge in Windows, Linux, and OSX operating systems
• Understanding of malware and the forensic artifacts it leaves on endpoints
