Job Summary

A travel company has an open position for a Remote Villa Reservation Agent.

Must be able to:

• Invoice customers once a purchasing decision has been made
• Input reservations using the company reservation and invoicing system
• Inform customers of the appropriate terms and conditions

Position Requirements Include:

• Must be able to work Mon-Fri, 9a-12a and Sat/Sun, 9a-6p
• Minimum of 2+ years selling luxury travel
• Strong destination-based knowledge of popular luxury vacation destinations such as France, Italy, Mexico, Europe, Hawaii and the Caribbean
• Demonstrated proficiency with the internet and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be able to provide a designated space for a home office free of distractions
• Must have a high speed internet connection (minimum Internet speeds of 2.0 Mbps upload and 5 Mbps download) and a separate phone land line (not over the internet)
