Job Summary

A digital travel management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote VIP Shared Team Travel Experience Counselor III.

Must be able to:

  • Create and accurately complete complex travel requests for high touch accounts and top tier travelers
  • Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations for best travel experience
  • Demonstrate excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • 7+ years of experience working in a customer service environment
  • 5+ years as a travel counselor
  • Highly skilled on Sabre GDS
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
  • Have specialist skillset and experience as a travel counselor in the areas of VIP, Concierge, and Relocation
