Job Summary

An online gaming company has an open position for a Remote VIP Strategy and Operations Assistant Manager.

Must be able to:

Develop and implement a KPI-based approach to decision making across VIP groups
Help with strategic planning by driving coordination in new verticals and new state launch strategy
Implement frontline business plans, evaluation of comp structure and VIP sales management routines

Position Requirements Include:

Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of consulting, finance, operations, or business development experience
Experience in a high-growth company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting recommendations
Experience leveraging data to help leaders think through decisions based on opportunity cost and expected ROI
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities and take a proactive approach
Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment where ambiguity and complexity exists
