Job Summary
An online gaming company has an open position for a Remote VIP Strategy and Operations Assistant Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop and implement a KPI-based approach to decision making across VIP groups
- Help with strategic planning by driving coordination in new verticals and new state launch strategy
- Implement frontline business plans, evaluation of comp structure and VIP sales management routines
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of consulting, finance, operations, or business development experience
- Experience in a high-growth company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting recommendations
- Experience leveraging data to help leaders think through decisions based on opportunity cost and expected ROI
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities and take a proactive approach
- Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment where ambiguity and complexity exists
