Job Summary
A privately held travel management company that handles both business and leisure clients is in need of a Remote VIP Travel Counselor in Woodland Hills.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Listen and lead the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of customers in all circumstances
- Connect with the caller to build trust and credibility even if the person is unknown
- Be a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the very best traveler experience in each situation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- Superior written and verbal communication skills (in person and on phone)
- Experience in the travel industry in a similar position or in a customer service center
- Experience working on VIP clients
- Ability to work on multiple accounts
