Job Summary

A national physician platform has an open position for a Remote Virtual Clinic Care Coordinator.

Must be able to:

• Maintain daily hours and staff meetings
• Monitor internal systems (Athena), chat, email, and more
• Support communication between the patients entering the virtual clinic queue

Position Requirements Include:

• Prior experience working in a healthcare setting
• Must comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations
• Prior experience with Athena EMR preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred experience with professional telephonic or remote communication
