Job Summary
A national physician platform has an open position for a Remote Virtual Clinic Care Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Maintain daily hours and staff meetings
- Monitor internal systems (Athena), chat, email, and more
- Support communication between the patients entering the virtual clinic queue
Position Requirements Include:
- Prior experience working in a healthcare setting
- Must comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations
- Prior experience with Athena EMR preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred experience with professional telephonic or remote communication
