Job Summary
A web-based technology company is seeking a Remote Virtual Events Business Development Associate in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Hold product demonstrations for prospective clients
- Follow up on leads to demos and inbound inquiries
- Conduct research on prospects and generation of outbound campaigns
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree (BA, BS or BBA)
- 1-3 years experience working in business development or sales (preferably with higher education, technology media and online media)
- Comfortable with streaming technologies, and video conferencing technologies
- Be strong persuasive speaker with experience selling SAAS model platforms
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work in a very fast paced environment
