Job Summary

A virtual reality training and consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Virtual Reality Services Client Engagement Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and executing the full lifecycle of new client engagements
• Overseeing all client reporting and communications throughout the phases of the project
• Ensuring all projects are executed consistent with Standard Operating Procedures

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years’ experience in client or program management of a technology enabled service
• Background in CRM, knowledge management, project management, and/or technical systems
• Experience cultivating engagements with high-level external stakeholders or clients
• Solid written communication skills
• Self-starter, able to own and deliver on large chunks of work
