Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Virtual Recruiter.

Must be able to:

  • Consistently recruit, interview and hire using established processes that support a positive candidate experience for high volume hiring
  • Contact applicants to discuss opportunities while qualifying them to the needed position requirements
  • Follow team guidelines in determining the right candidate for each program

Required Skills:

  • Having a Bachelor or Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • Having at least 1 year of relevant work experience in recruiting
  • Being a savvy, results-oriented individual with a high energy level and an enthusiastic approach
  • Having a strong focus, and understanding and appreciation of pipeline management
  • Having strong interpersonal, communications, and relationship-building skills
  • Having excellent problem solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills
