A technology company that develops virtual restaurant solutions is filling a position for a Remote Virtual Restaurant Solutions Technical Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Configuring and troubleshooting client's company's equipment or simply educate clients
- Maintaining extremely professional customer service skills, patience, and phone etiquette
- Troubleshooting Printer and Networking issues over the phone
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of professional technical troubleshooting expertise or proven technical ability
- Knowledge of the following: TCP/IP, DHCP, LTE device, Internet modem, Droid Tablet, Windows or Mac experience
- Aptitude for acquiring skills in technical troubleshooting and an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to be patient while assisting our clients, understanding that clients vary in technical knowledge and understanding
- Ability to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced business setting that is rapidly changing
- Experience supporting clients via phone
