Job Summary
A communications and compliance platform company has a current position open for a Remote Virtual Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Offering outstanding customer service to our customers who rely on our services to manage and run their events
- Learning and demonstrating detailed product knowledge when assisting clients both on the phone and via email
- Scheduling, setting up, and connecting events via workflow systems by communicating and directing client requests
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to engage and partner with clients and internal partners
- Proven excellent customer support skills
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years’ experience in virtually supporting customers through a platform
- Experience in audio editing and/or webcast and production is a plus
