A computer software company dedicated to advancing digital workspace technology has an open position for a Remote Virtualization Senior Technical Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing high level of technical leadership for Enterprise Support customers and working with experienced technical staff to remediate technology health-related issues
- Working to achieve operational targets with a major impact on the departmental results
- Leading large projects or processes that span outside of the immediate job area
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated deep knowledge of job areas acquired through advanced education combined with experience
- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years; or PhD with 3 years of experience
- Ability to drive effective engagements
- Demonstrated broad knowledge of operational systems
- Ability to make moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products to improve the performance of the job area
- Ability to perform detailed information gathering, analysis, and investigation to understand the problems that arise
