Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of VMware troubleshooting support
  • 2+ years of heavy Windows environment troubleshooting experience
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and application issues in Windows environments
  • 2 years of Active Directory
  • Flexibility in working hours (24/7 shop)
  • Experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support
