Job Summary
A supplier of telecommunication software, equipment, and services has a current position open for a Remote Virtualized Edge Solutions Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing both post-sales and pre-sales solution support activities
- Performing testing of solutions and troubleshooting
- Performing root cause analysis of issues
Qualifications Include:
- The ability to travel approximately 25% of time
- 10+ years of experience working in Information and Communications Technology
- 2+ more years of NFV/VNF application experience
- Experience in a technical support role
- Technical experience in cloud computing and network function virtualization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
