Job Summary
A managed vision care company is filling a position for a Remote Vision Care Customer Service Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the Customer Service Supervisor team
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources
- Implement quality programs that align with organizational objectives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum three (3) years of related experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Call Center telephony software
- Prior Manager experience required
