A managed vision care company is filling a position for a Remote Vision Care Customer Service Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the Customer Service Supervisor team
  • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources
  • Implement quality programs that align with organizational objectives

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum three (3) years of related experience in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Call Center telephony software
  • Prior Manager experience required
