Job Summary

A vision care company is seeking a Remote Vision Care Customer Support Representative 1.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Work on inquiries ranging from routine to complex from members
  • Respond to inquiries from providers and business partners

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Attendance at benefit fairs and open enrollment meetings
  • One to two years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated internet knowledge and understanding of basic internet browser settings
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of MS Office package
