Job Summary
A vision care company is seeking a Remote Vision Care Customer Support Representative 1.
Must be able to:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Work on inquiries ranging from routine to complex from members
- Respond to inquiries from providers and business partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- Attendance at benefit fairs and open enrollment meetings
- One to two years of customer service experience
- Demonstrated internet knowledge and understanding of basic internet browser settings
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously
- Working knowledge of MS Office package
