Job Summary
A vision care insurance company is in need of a Remote Vision Care Insurance Client Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying revenue growth opportunities
- Managing process for producing documents
- Complying with data integrity and security policies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be detail-oriented and accurate
- Two to four years' Customer Service or Account Service experience, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to type 35 wpm
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications
