Job Summary

A vision care insurance company is in need of a Remote Vision Care Insurance Inside Sales Regional Manager.

Must be able to:

• Educate customers on industry and price trends in order to inform and assist with business decisions
• Cultivate and develop strong relationships with the broker/consultant community
• Formulate and implement strategic business plans specific to the needs of individual team members

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or
• Equivalent experience
• Five years of Inside Sales experience
• Five years of leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of underwriting, products, and services
