Job Summary
A vision care insurance company is in need of a Remote Vision Care Insurance Inside Sales Regional Manager.
Must be able to:
- Educate customers on industry and price trends in order to inform and assist with business decisions
- Cultivate and develop strong relationships with the broker/consultant community
- Formulate and implement strategic business plans specific to the needs of individual team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or
- Equivalent experience
- Five years of Inside Sales experience
- Five years of leadership experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of underwriting, products, and services
