Remote Vision Monitoring Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Remote Vision Monitoring (RVM).

Key Responsibilities

• Set and own the strategic goals for the RVM program, collaborating with executive leadership
• Plan and lead operational phases for scaling the RVM program, including standalone rollouts
• Oversee team development and performance management while ensuring program-level outcomes are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive operations or program leadership experience, with at least 3 years managing teams
• Experience in setting strategy for new business units and scaling programs
• Track record of coaching and developing team members and managing performance
• Experience in Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, or similar healthcare programs is preferred
