Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Vision Providers Network Recruiting Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing stable provider networks
• Sourcing individuals and provider groups in assigned territories
• Planning and executing daily recruitment call schedules

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• A minimum of 25% travel
• Minimum 3-5 years' of Vision industry experience
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare recruiting, cold calling or sales
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to learn software needed to implement recruitment efforts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
