Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Visit Coordinator, US Regional Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and training for investigator sites and onboard research clinicians
• Manage visit logistics, including clinician coordination, documentation, and system access
• Serve as the primary liaison between sites, clinicians, and internal study teams, ensuring compliance and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two years of research experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to master clinical trial database systems
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple studies while adhering to regulatory guidelines
• Flexibility to reprioritize workload to meet changing project timelines
