Remote Visit Notes Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the timely collection and compliance of clinical visit documentation, the full-time Remote Visit Notes Manager will manage the Shared Services Data Quality team, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to resolve documentation issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight of the Shared Services Data Quality team, ensuring compliance and achievement of organizational goals
• Monitor visit note documentation processes across various disciplines, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of records
• Generate and analyze operational and compliance reports, offering actionable recommendations to improve documentation workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health care management, or related field preferred
• Five years of experience in a managed care healthcare setting preferred
• One to two years of experience in customer service, quality, and/or auditing
• Experience with Coding (ICD-10), Authorizations, and provider relations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
