Job Summary

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Visit Registered Nurse.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitate clarification of patient and family goals
  • Reconcile medications, address gaps in care, educate caregivers and arrange for followup care
  • Provide education and information on health conditions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to complete In-home post hospital assessments and interventions
  • A clinical background in Adult, Family, Geriatric, Palliative or Hospice specialties
  • Current licensure as RN in state of Tennessee
  • 2 years experience in nursing
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience with symptom management
  • Computer literate and experience with Electronic Medical Records
