Job Summary
A non-profit organization that is dedicated to ministering the prison population needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Visual Communications Manager in Lansdowne.
Must be able to:
- Support the restoration of those affected by incarceration
- Equip correctional leaders, volunteers, and incarcerated men and women to make prisons more rehabilitative places
- Advocate for a more restorative criminal justice system
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to own the brand and responsibility for the ministry-wide production of designed materials
- Expert in providing ongoing art direction for all ministry design and aesthetics decisions
- Seasoned professional in the creation of graphic design layouts for print and digital projects using Adobe Creative Suite
- Team leader who coaches, mentors, and develops direct reports for optimal performance
- 8+ years of graphic design print and digital creation, a degree in graphic design, and 2-3 years of supervisory experience
