Job Summary
A graphics and media production company is in need of a Remote Visual Effects Editorial Assistant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating with client editorial and tracking all stages of the client cuts, internal cuts, and iterations
- Maintaining the production database with line up and count sheet information and verifying correct plates and frame ranges are being used by the artists
- Managing media and project files using a shared storage system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient with Resolve
- Strong understanding of the VFX process and terminology, LUTS, and color space
- Familiar with shot tracking database systems
- Knowledge and understanding of codecs, transcoding, and QT formats
