Job Summary

A software developer has a current position open for a Remote Visual Web Development Platform Customer Success Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Create a predictable and repeatable motion to scale Customer Success operations
  • Build, lead and optimize the entire Customer Success function
  • Produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of Customer Success performance metrics
