Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Vital Records Customer Service Representative in Nashville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Answering 75 - 100+ inbound calls per day
• Assisting customers with placing orders for different vital records
• Explaining acceptable types of documentation needed to receive these records

Required Skills:

• 1+ year of Call Center Experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Hard-lined internet/router connection
• A separate quiet working space that will provide a professional setting
• Ability to handle escalated calls in a professional and empathetic manner
• Ability to process customer payments
