Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Remote Vocational Case Manager and Ticket to Work Specialist, the full-time position will manage a caseload of Social Security disability beneficiaries, conduct vocational assessments, develop individualized work plans, and provide ongoing support to help individuals achieve their employment goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients participating in the Ticket to Work program and conduct comprehensive vocational assessments
  • Develop individualized work plans with achievable milestones and provide career counseling and job readiness training
  • Perform comprehensive transferable skills analysis and conduct labor market surveys to identify alternative employment opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in vocational evaluation, counseling, social work, or a related field; Master's level preferred
  • CRC certification required
  • 2+ years of experience in vocational rehabilitation or disability employment services
  • Knowledge of Social Security work incentives and the Ticket to Work program
  • Familiarity with case management software and virtual meeting platforms
