Job Summary
A telecommunications services provider is in need of a Remote Voice Services Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct regular order reviews to ensure orders are being processed efficiently across the team
- Train, coach and mentor Voice Specialists to upskill for team growth
- Provide oversight and guidance to Voice Specialists on escalations and complex technical issues
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma, College degree in technology field or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 4 year’s voice, data and/or internet industry experience
- Basic computer, keyboard and mouse utilization skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer and vendor relationship management skills
