Job Summary

A telecommunications services provider is in need of a Remote Voice Services Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular order reviews to ensure orders are being processed efficiently across the team
  • Train, coach and mentor Voice Specialists to upskill for team growth
  • Provide oversight and guidance to Voice Specialists on escalations and complex technical issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma, College degree in technology field or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 4 year’s voice, data and/or internet industry experience
  • Basic computer, keyboard and mouse utilization skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer and vendor relationship management skills
