Job Summary

A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Voice Support Manager in Beechwood.

Must be able to:

  • Provide direct management for the global IPT professionals
  • Lead a team through critical incident resolution
  • Be responsible for the enterprise Cisco VoIP environment globally through the lifecycle

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco IPT Technology required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT required
  • 3 years of management experience required
  • Ability to work with outside vendors (ie. Cisco TAC, Avaya, etc) to escalate technical support issues
  • ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) tools/best practices
