Job Summary
A student loan servicing company is seeking a Remote Voice Systems IT Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the most critical project phases: Prospect, Analysis, and Planning
- Collaborating with managers and team leads to structure effective project teams
- Designing implementation strategies for complex or new company initiatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of project management or technical experience
- 5+ years of experience in leading large scale projects
- Proven experience working with Senior Executives required
- Bachelor’s Degree (4 year degree BA or BS) and/or commensurate experience
- Experience leading multiple project teams including dispersed resources
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
