Job Summary

A financial services institution has an open position for a Remote Voluntary Benefits Onboarding Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the Onboarding process for Voluntary Benefit Products
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Ensuring timely and accurate implementation

Required Skills:

  • Overnight domestic travel
  • College degree or the equivalent combination of education experience
  • Experience with Voluntary Products (Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity or Accident)
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and balancing competing priorities.
