Job Summary
A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Volunteer Onboarding Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Continuously assessing the volunteer application and screening processes
- Managing the day-to-day operations for a team of at least six Volunteer Intake Coordinators
- Monitoring progress towards weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals and KPIs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated success running efficient and effective operations
- Experienced people manager and skilled at building relationships
- Experience pushing projects forward
- Experience working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets and in databases (like Salesforce)
- Comfortable reviewing data to meet the needs of each recruitment and admissions cycle
