Job Summary

A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Volunteer Onboarding Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Continuously assessing the volunteer application and screening processes
Managing the day-to-day operations for a team of at least six Volunteer Intake Coordinators
Monitoring progress towards weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals and KPIs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Demonstrated success running efficient and effective operations
Experienced people manager and skilled at building relationships
Experience pushing projects forward
Experience working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets and in databases (like Salesforce)
Comfortable reviewing data to meet the needs of each recruitment and admissions cycle
Your care about LGBTQ youth
