Job Summary
A platform for volunteer work is filling a position for a Remote Volunteer Platform Revenue Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Maintain and apply strong systems and processes across revenue operations
- Ensure our CRM data within systems is accurate and up to date
- Train new and existing team members on policies, procedures and systems
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of progressive and relevant work experience
- Exposure to sales or revenue operations, accounting, consulting
- Working knowledge of Airtable, Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack is preferred
- Experience working on multiple projects, either independently or with small teams
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with existing systems and implementing scalable training
