A non-profit mentorship organization is seeking a Remote Volunteer Screening Operations Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing mentors to support mentees
- Analyzing applications for motivation, bias, past experience, openness and potential as a mentor
- Interviewing mentor applicants via phone call and reviewing reference
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 1-2 years of office experience
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Self-directed and able to work independently and in remote work settings
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
