Remote Voter Contact Director

Job Summary

Managing a remote team of callers and texters, the full-time Field Director-Voter Phones Program will recruit, train, and oversee staff to engage potential voters about candidates in the upcoming election while implementing campaign goals and maintaining operational integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of 40-50 staff members conducting voter outreach through calls and texts
• Set performance goals, hold staff accountable, and provide ongoing training and motivation
• Oversee administrative tasks, including reporting, record keeping, and payroll processing

Required qualifications

• Experience leading calling or texting operations, preferably for political campaigns
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage large teams
• Strong passion for community organizing and civic engagement
• Proven attention to detail and ability to instill quality in team members
• Comfortable working remotely and using Zoom for meetings
