A company is looking for a VP Controller Retail CPA required Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate accounting team and oversee transaction processing, lease administration, and tax functions
• Enhance financial credibility by providing timely and accurate financial reports and trends
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field required
• CPA certification required; MBA preferred
• 12+ years of hands-on accounting experience, including general ledger and treasury management
• Private Equity experience preferred with a strong retail background
• Knowledge of Microsoft NAV, SEC regulations, and FASB statements
