Job Summary
To drive loan production growth across Business Purpose Loan programs, the fully remote VP of Business Development and TPO will manage relationships with brokers and investors, identify new business opportunities, and execute sales plans.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to increase production volume across various loan programs
- Build and manage relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, and referral partners
- Identify new business opportunities and drive loan origination growth through proactive networking
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant mortgage sales, TPO, business development, or lending experience
- Strong understanding of Non-QM lending products and investor loan structures
- Experience developing relationships with brokers, investors, and strategic partners
- Proficiency with CRM systems and mortgage LOS platforms for at least 3 years
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote sales leadership role
