Job Summary
Experienced mortgage professionals will find a fully remote opportunity as the VP of Business Development and TPO, responsible for driving loan production growth across various Business Purpose Loan programs by building relationships and generating new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to increase production volume across Business Purpose Loan programs
- Build and manage relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, and strategic partners
- Identify new business opportunities and drive loan origination growth through proactive networking and relationship management
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant mortgage sales, TPO, business development, or lending experience
- Strong understanding of Non-QM lending products and investor loan structures
- Experience developing broker, investor, or referral partner relationships
- Proficiency with CRM systems and mortgage LOS platforms for at least 3 years
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote sales leadership role
