Job Summary

Driving loan production growth, the full-time Remote VP of Business Development will develop sales plans, manage relationships with mortgage brokers and investors, and identify new business opportunities in the Non-QM space.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase production volume across Business Purpose Loan programs
  • Build and manage relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, and referral partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence nationwide
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant mortgage sales or business development experience
  • Strong understanding of Non-QM lending products and investor loan structures
  • Experience developing broker and strategic partner relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and mortgage LOS platforms for at least 3 years
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote sales leadership role
