Job Summary
Driving loan production growth, the full-time Remote VP of Business Development will develop sales plans, manage relationships with mortgage brokers and investors, and identify new business opportunities in the Non-QM space.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to increase production volume across Business Purpose Loan programs
- Build and manage relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, and referral partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence nationwide
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant mortgage sales or business development experience
- Strong understanding of Non-QM lending products and investor loan structures
- Experience developing broker and strategic partner relationships
- Proficiency with CRM systems and mortgage LOS platforms for at least 3 years
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote sales leadership role
