Job Summary

Leading the global vision for customer success, the full-time Remote VP of Customer Success will define strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy while managing the Customer Success organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the customer success strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to translate customer insights into actionable improvements and support go-to-market strategies
  • Lead and mentor the Customer Success team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services or technology
  • Proven success in managing P&L or revenue-influencing targets
  • Expertise in building scalable customer journeys for retail and institutional clients
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (KYC/AML) for global banking
  • Previous experience in crypto or a strong personal interest in the field is highly beneficial
