Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Digital Product and Growth, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Own the digital product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and business goals
Champion user-centered design principles to create intuitive, frictionless digital experiences
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, user feedback, and market research

Required Qualifications

BA/BS in Marketing, Data Science, or related field
7+ years of experience in product management, UX/UI, or digital growth, ideally in eCommerce or consumer tech
Proven track record of owning and scaling digital products and channels
Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles, agile methodologies, and data analytics
Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, GA4, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms
