Job Summary

Driving brand awareness and revenue growth, the full-time Remote VP of Marketing will own the marketing strategy, lead a high-impact team, and build demand generation programs to support a mission-driven organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns brand positioning with revenue goals
  • Build and optimize demand generation programs to ensure consistent lead flow and enhance customer lifetime value
  • Lead a marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring operational efficiency across marketing functions
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role; EdTech or SaaS background preferred
  • Proven track record of building demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Strong storytelling ability to communicate complex education technology to district leaders and educators
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot, and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and accountability
