An information technology software company has an open position for a Remote VP of People in San Diego.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving the success of the organization through development and performance programs that foster highly effective teams
- Designing an effective organizational structure for our global HR, Learning, and Development, and Talent Acquisition teams to support the fastest-growing company in travel tech
- Owning the People Operations budget for staffing, tools, and systems while supporting other department leaders to budget appropriately for staffing needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
- Project and Program management experience
- Strategic planning and financial management
- Experience with using a variety of HR/Talent softwares
- Experience designing and deploying global talent strategies and processes, engaging all stakeholders
