Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor senior sales professionals to effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Oversee sales efforts related to new client acquisition, managing performance and ensuring successful outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for new clients and leverage joint opportunities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services
- Strong experience in technology consulting and services with a focus on new client acquisition
- 5+ years of experience leading sales professionals
- Excellent understanding of the industry, including key players, strategies, and trends
- Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach focused on client relationship building
