Job Summary

Owning end-to-end revenue and pipeline conversion, the full-time Remote VP of Sales will manage deal execution, improve win rates, and ensure alignment between Sales, Marketing, and delivery teams while reporting to C-suite and private equity stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue targets and build accurate forecasts across pipeline and deal sizes
  • Drive performance of opportunities from qualification through close, focusing on late-stage conversion
  • Lead and support Account Executives to improve close rates and implement best practices for the sales process
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the e-commerce or digital marketing sector
  • Strong background in revenue management and forecasting for substantial deal sizes
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals while maximizing profitability
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and delivery teams
  • Familiarity with reporting to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders
