Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, People Partner (HRBP) to support its Go-to-Market organization during a phase of global growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic counsel on organizational effectiveness and leadership to Go-to-Market leaders
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management efforts to support company growth
  • Coach senior executives on leadership effectiveness and guide complex employee relations matters
Required Qualifications
  • 18+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant strategic HRBP leadership experience
  • 8+ years of people leadership experience, including developing senior HRBP talent
  • Proven experience supporting Go-to-Market functions such as Sales and Marketing
  • Deep capability in organizational design and change management
  • Strong business acumen and data fluency to inform people strategy decisions
